With only five months away from the release of "X-Men: First Class", everyone is looking forward to the first trailer. While it has not come out yet, a source who claims to have watched the trailer describes it to The Daily BLAM!.
The trailer is said to open with the 20th Century Fox logo "which pans up as the two spotlight beams cross and form a white 'X' on the left of the screen. A white circle goes around the 'X' forming the X-Men logo, as Magneto's helmet comes up on the right."
Patrick Stewart and Ian Mckellen, who portrayed Professor X and Magneto in "X-Men" trilogy, reportedly voice over the opening lines about destiny and which side will you stand for while their scenes in previous "X-Men" movies are featured. The video then jumps to see young Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr meeting for the first time, followed by a different angle of the scene from the opening of X-Men in the concentration camp.
The next scene shows the outside part of an old castle-style building that resembles the X-mansion. James McAvoy's Xavier and Michael Fassbender's Erik are seen walking through the halls. The words "One wanted peace" are flashed by Xavier. Erik is later seen "yelling dramatically as metal tables in the room begin to float around him. Xavier and Erik shake hands with a tall man in a lab coat introduced as Dr. McCoy."
The words "The other was too far gone" flash as Erik, who seems to be upset, storms through a hallway killing guards as he passes them. The scene is then cut to show what appears to be "a red Nightcrawler with swords taking out a room full of people; the close up reveals Azazel's face."
"The Hellfire Club stand next to Xavier on a bed as Emma goes into diamond form. Oliver Platt and Kevin Bacon were next to Emma in black aristocratic clothes... Mystigue on a bed with her skin turning black; Beast is shown transforming, with his feet growing and toes webbing and fur growing."
Havok unleashes a red beam of energy from his chest (Havok's powers in comics are unleashing blue energy). "It then shows Beast all blue and furry in the pilot seat of a crashing jet, followed by several rockets flying towards an island."
Xavier's head is later seen beginning to go bald as he mentally pulls a large ship that was sinking out of the water, as well as some smaller boats around it. The trailer is back to the scene when Xavier, still having hair, telling Erik he only wanted peace for him, and he replies there was never a chance for anyone to have that.
The final scene shows Erik picking up a black helmet, wearing a black and red suit and the helmet. "X-Men: First Class" logo appears again towards the end of the video, followed by the movie's release date.
"X-Men: First Class" is directed by Matthew Vaughn and due June 3. 20th Century Fox has not given any official sneak peek to the action sci-fi flick yet.
