A thing that is messy: Johnny Depp the slime hose! The actor unleashed a stream of green goo on the crowd last night at the Kids' Choice Awards, and definitely created a giant mess at the Nickelodeon event.
The 47-year-old big kid picked up the blimp for Favorite Movie Actor for Alice in Wonderland and celebrated his victory by dousing the front rows with slime.
Before turning his slime gun on the crowd, Johnny said: "You guys are the future. Take good care of us.”
The show also awarded Justin Timberlake, but for his charitable efforts, not his acting. He was given the Big Help award, and said: "I want to dedicate this to all of you very cool, very loud kids. This is your world."
Justin Bieber was the night’s biggest winner, picking up Favorite Male Singer and Favorite Song for his hit "Baby," but he couldn't be there to accept his prizes because he's currently touring through Europe.
Jack Black returned to host the ceremony for the third time, kicking off the event by dancing down the orange carpet to the Black Eyed Peas’ hit "I Gotta Feeling." He then joined the band on stage as they performed "Time of my Life" and "Just Can’t Get Enough."
The band was later given the Favourite Music Group blimp, and in her speech, Fergie jokingly renamed themselves the Jack Black Eyed Peas!

Johnny Depp is now one of the biggest heartthrobs in Hollywood, but the actor claims he wasn't always so suave and debonair. He said he was a "complete freak" as a kid, and has only become truly at ease with himself since meeting longtime girlfriend Vanessa Paradis. Aww!
He admitted: "When I was growing up I felt a complete freak. Very strange. I felt weird at five. At the age of 12 it was me against the world. I remember locking myself in my bedroom and playing my guitar. It seemed like I was in there for two or three years."
However, the 47-year-old actor has learned to accept himself since finding love with Vanessa 12 years ago, and admits he views his life in two stages, before and after meeting the French singer-and-actress.
He explained: "The most important thing is that Vanessa has made me not have to pretend any more about who I am. I feel comfortable with myself. My life is divided in two. In the time before I met Vanessa, I was searching for something. Since our time together I have found it. She keeps me calm. There were times when I was burning inside."

Johnny Depp Touches Down in Tokyo
Johnny Depp Touches Down in Tokyo
Making his arrival in the Land of the Rising Sun, Johnny Depp was spotted at Narita International Airport in Tokyo, Japan today (March 2).
The “21 Jump Street” actor sported a coy smile as he posed for photographers in a grey fedora, striped scarf and grey blazer.
Johnny Depp is teaming up with his frequent collaborator Tim Burton for a big-screen adaptation of the gothic show about vampires, werewolves, and zombies.
Depp explained, "I'm very excited to film it. You know, it's something that Tim and I have talked about for a number of years because we were both fans. As kids, you know, you run home at 3 o'clock in the afternoon to go watch this gothic soap opera on television with vampires and everything.”
"So our version, I guess, there's something that's very interesting coming from the screenplay and from the talks that Tim and I have had which is it retains that sort of bizarre distance that everyone has with one another in terms of the characters.”
"Maybe Barnabus, in this version, is maybe a little bit more, maybe waxes a little more poetic now and again, you know? But it's definitely in keeping with the original series."
