Rumor has started running wild, suggesting there will be another movie after "Tron Legacy". The speculation of "Tron 3" arises after a more-than-ten-minute epilogue clip for the DVD release of the Garrett Hedlund-starring movie hits the web, and gives a lot of hints of the sequel.
Titled "Tron: The Next Day", the footage opens with a flash back of the "Flynn Lives" movement that took place during the years between the original "Tron" movie and the "Legacy" follow-up. It then previews the situation at ENCOM corporation after Sam's revolt in the second film.
Roy "Ram" Kleinberg who is played by Dan Shor in the 1982 movie will make a return should the third film be made. It turns out that Ram was the mastermind behind the "Flynn Lives" campaign. He's seen frantically destroying all data and files that prove his involvement before Alan (Bruce Boxleitner) comes to confront him.
